Apple; a house of magic, a valley of technology, an American multinational corporation is second largest company by wealth maximization and illustrious for its eminence products. The company best known products are Mac and accessories, ipad, ipod, iphone, Apple TV, software and Macintosh line of computers. Apple is driving the whole world through their crazy inventions. History of Apple INC. is very attractive as it was founded by Steve Jobs, Steve Wozniak and Ronald Wayne and first computer of this company is made in the job’s home. The downfall of company without Job and remarkable achievement after the JOB as CEO purely demonstrate that Job is the spirit of Apple.

Because of his bad health and suffering from pancreatic cancer he resigned from chief executive office on Wednesday 24th August 27, 2011 by giving suggestion to make TIM Cook as a next CEO of Apple.

The letter given by Steve to the company is as:

“I have always said if there ever came a day when I could no longer meet my duties and expectations as Apple’s CEO, I would be the first to let you know. Unfortunately, that day has come.

I hereby resign as CEO of Apple. I would like to serve, if the Board sees fit, as Chairman of the Board, director and Apple employee.

As far as my successor goes, I strongly recommend that we execute our succession plan and name Tim Cook as CEO of Apple.

I believe Apple’s brightest and most innovative days are ahead of it. And I look forward to watching and contributing to its success in a new role.

I have made some of the best friends of my life at Apple, and I thank you all for the many years of being able to work alongside you.”

Tim Cook was previously responsible for worldwide sales and operations but now he is an acting CEO of Apple. He has been working on behalf of Job when he was on medical leaves. We remember the time when Job left the Apple and collapse of Apple started but when Job take over the company as chief executive officer, company’s wealth, assets, shares and products has touched the peak of market. Now everyone is having a big question in their mind that if apple is going to endure without Steve? We hope so but answer is obvious. Nobody in this world possess that much abilities and any one can never be able to compete Steve. We pray for Steve to have good health and we wish Apple to linger on his position by constantly providing creative and valuable products.
